Method:

Half the cherry tomatoes and roughly chop the capers & sultanas. Cook the linguine in a pan of salted boiling water until tender.

Meanwhile heat the olive oil and gently sauté the garlic, cherry tomatoes, capers, sultanas and sundried tomato puree whilst the pasta cooks. Drain the cooked pasta and add to the frying pan.

Toss well and serve with chopped basil on top.

You could use regular tomato puree and some chopped sundried tomatoes if you like.
